• I need Crysis 2 support, who can I contact?

  If you are having technical difficulties with Crysis 2 you can contact EA support: http://support.ea.com.  You can also check the MyCrysis forums for the latest information and a list of temporary fixes.  Alternatively, if you are having website issues you can use the contact form below.

• Where can I find fixes to my Crysis 2 issues?

  There is a thread in the MyCrysis forums listing all known work-arounds for common issues with Crysis 2.  This thread is updated regularly to address all of the latest issues until a patch is released. You can find it here: http://www.mycrysis.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=12386

• How can I change my MyCrysis username? (Console Users)

  There is a known issue with some console accounts that is causing usernames to appear as a series of numbers.  To combat this we have given console users the functionality to change their usernames through the MyCrysis UCP located here: http://www.mycrysis.com/forums/ucp.php

• Will Crysis 2 be available in 3D?

  Yes, Crysis 2 will support full stereoscopic 3D on all platforms.

• What are the PC requirements for Crysis 2?

• Will Crysis 2 have a multiplayer?

  Yes!  The Crytek UK studio is working exclusively on Crysis 2 multiplayer, we're taking it very seriously and want to ensure we offer an extremely entertaining and rewarding multiplayer experience.

• Can I order Nano Edition in my country?

  Crysis 2 Nano Edition is not available to order in all countries, but with that said more and more retailers are now supporting the pre-order of it.  Check back on Crysis.ea.com to see if it's available where you are!

• Can I pre-order Crysis 2?

  Yes, you can pre-order now from Crysis.ea.com.  If you are quick enough you will be entitled to the Limited Edition which gives you a bunch of in-game extas absolutely free!  You can also pre-order Nano Edition from selected stores, with more becoming available soon!

• What platform will Crysis 2 be available on?

  Crysis 2 will be available on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.

• When will Crysis 2 be released?

  Crysis 2 will be released on March 22nd 2011 in North America and March 25th 2011 in Europe and the rest of the world.

• What is Crysis 2 about?

  The world has been ravaged by a series of climatic disasters and society is on the verge of total breakdown.  Now the aliens have returned, with a full invasion force bent on nothing less than the total annihilation of mankind, starting by trying to rip the heart out of Earth’s most iconic city: New York.

  To contact Crytek directly you can e-mail us on community@crytek.com.  You will also find Crytek staff posting regularly in the forum, and unofficially you may send a private message through the forums to a staff member, however we do not guarentee these will be read/replied to.

• Can I be a moderator?

  We are not currently looking for moderators but this may change in the future.

• How do I post in the forum?

  Firstly you'll need to create an account.  After you have created an account and logged in, you can go to the discussion section of the site and post in any forum thread you wish.  You are also free to create a new topic and start your own discussion.

• What are the benefits of signing up?

  By signing up you will be able to post in the forums, send private messages to other members, add your friends and see if they're online/offline and comment on the latest updates released by Crytek staff.
