    This free package enables the full DX11 feature set for Crysis 2 such as Tessellation and Displacement Mapping, Realistic Shadows with Variable Penumbra and much more for an outstanding visual experience. A DirectX 11 capable system is required.

  • High Res Textures

    This package provides higher texture resolution for a wide variety of assets. It supports both the DirectX 11 and DirectX 9 versions of Crysis 2. A 64-bit operating system and a graphics card with at least 768 MB of memory are required.

  • Crysis Hotfix 1.21

    This hotfix corrects the known security hole in the game code causing client and server crashes.

  • Crysis 2 Community Dedicated Server

    Here you can grab the files for the Community Dedicated Server package. This package allows you to host your own unranked Crysis 2 server as well as custom maps/mods! This package also includes documentation on the setup and running of the server.

     

    To install, just extract the .zip file contents to your root Crysis 2 directory. For further information, please consult the .pdf file in the Support directory.

  • Crysis Wars patch 1.5 RAW Files

    These are the raw files of patch 5 for Crysis Wars and should help every server provider to update to the latest version of Crysis Wars easily without using the installer or the auto update functionality. Included are also the latest Punkbuster files and configurations.

  • Crysis Wars Patch 1.5

    This patch fully updates Crysis Wars to it's latest version. You will not be required to install any other patches other than this one.

  • Crysis ® Patch 1.2

    This patch tunes and improves Crysis. It includes all fixes from patch 1.1. Crysis Hotfix 1.21 should be applied after installing patch 1.2.

  • Crysis Warhead ® Patch 1.1

    This is the recent patch for the single player portion of Crysis Warhead, featuring some general fixes. The main focus of this recent patch is adding 64-bit executables for Windows XP x64 and Windows Vista 64-bit version. Read below for more patch notes.

    General Fixes/tweaks

    Windows Vista: Mouse cursor should no longer have an offset in the menu.
    Windows Vista: Unrequested launches in windowed mode should occur less often now.
    Timedemo can now be started from the command line.
    Better dynamic texture support for enthusiast mode.

    New Features

    Added 64-bit executables for Windows XP x64 and Windows Vista 64-bit version. In Windows XP x64 a new shortcut will be placed under the Crysis Warhead program group. In Windows Vista right-click the Crysis Warhead icon in Game Explorer and choose to run the game in 64-bit mode.

    Known Issues

    Games saved in 32-bit won't work properly when running the 64-bit version and vice-versa.

    Note: After applying the patch the version displayed (lower right corner of menu) is 1.1.1.710.
