Crysis Wars Issue - Fixed!
As a few of you have noticed recently the numbers in Crysis Wars have seemed to rapidly decrease. After some investigation of the communities concerns we have ascertained that there was an issue with the prompting message from Patch 1.3 to 1.4. Unfortunately due to a mix up, the wrong version was being forwarded.
We've now solved this issue and all people remaining on Patch 1.3 will now be forwarded to Patch 1.4 and therefore we expect the numbers to pick up somewhat. We are also aware that this is not the only reason for concern, as some of you have been quite disappointed by the dropping numbers in Crysis Wars recently. As we obviously want to make sure you guys, and everyone that plays our games is able to hop straight in to their favourite server with plenty of others, we're offering the Spring Trial Period starting tomorrow.
Along with this fix and the trial, Crysis Maximum Edition hits the shelves on May 5th, which should also be help in revitalizing the numbers. We thank those of you that have stuck with us for so long for your continued support, and we want to asure you once again that we're definitely going to be producing some great stuff in the near future to make sure that playing Crysis Wars, never gets dull!

problems in multiplayer:
- powersturggle: not bad but too complex, too many goals on map to fight
- dm / tdm: good but too simple, 30-60 min and its too boring and tiring (+ with nanosuit the game much faster)
- new mods: need +1 or more game modes, what is simple but interesting (most simple way is maybe a game mode what playable on dm/tdm maps (there are a lot of very good maps out there, but boring for tdm) or simple edit to make these maps good for a new mode

I love this news post, it addresses to the community members that have been here since day one and also gives a very positive perspective on future happenings. Just the heads up we needed, well done!

- best multiplayer modes (after a lot of years for me): Unreal Tournament 1: assault, Team Fortress 2: payload, Counter Strike: defuse the bomb, Battlefields: flag capture, any game: ctf
- gameplay: cloak mode ("invibility") is usually frustrating in multiplayer games (crysis / team fortress 2 / battlefield heroes, etc) or 1 shot 1 kill tings when you do everything to survive but have no chance, like too fast Vtol. (headshot is ok because it needs skill to shoot the "little" head on the body)

biggest problem CW is cheaters! whithout normal anticheat protection CW will never become a serious cybersports discipline. No interesting to play "for fun" if many people use "advaced cheats" - advaced aimbot, rapidfire etc. not freezehack and speedhack as in the Crysis. Crytek can`t / don`t want add first player spectating mode to help fight against cheaters. This is very sad. Wars is very fast and iteresting game but cheaters killed the game.(
PS sorry for my english - its very bad)

New mods can solve
I think new mods will increase the numbers of players. mods like battle field 2 or any of its mod ,like reality mod.
by the way ,When I was playing the trial version of the game for 3 days, the number of servers and its players were realy low. Also I couldnt find a server which runs a map that I liked (excavation)
