18.03.2009

18.03.2009

<3 Smile

18.03.2009

Wait and see, won't be long now Smile

18.03.2009

Modding interface ?? What does it that mean exactly ??

18.03.2009

Nice, but:

*Modding interface is now available -> What is this? :d

*Improved hit feedback when shooting vehicles -> I hope my LAW will destroy cars for sure now, and not only the tires Smile

*Cloaked players are no longer detected by the Radar Kit -> hmm, taking energy sites back will be almost impossbile now :\

EDIT: n1 ekp xD

Ooh I (we) see now Smile

18.03.2009

Good good Smile

18.03.2009

Veryhig without a config ..yeay ^^

And the balance ?? Vtols and tanks...They will be still overpowerd =/

Now I am waiting for the patch 1.5

18.03.2009

no new maps/gamemodes as we all hoped for. but okay this seems to be a small patch and all time got sucked up by the editor i guess.

CLOAK NOY DETECTED I CANT SEE THEM AS THEY ARE RIGHT NOW
i am afraid that cloak noobers will dominatte: they just wait until you walk pass them :/

btw: why hasnt the mouse offset bug not fixed yet.
for example if i put my cursor in middile of shutgun. the SMG highlights. i got so used to it that i dont notice it anymore but its still annoying

18.03.2009

Many good things. But the cloak lamming will now be even worse... and that is a shame. Many players complained about the cloak, at least you should put it like that, but you guys did it even worse.

I seriously can't see why does this thing with cloak is balance improved. Having cowards hiding cloaked in the corners is a balance?...

Edit: I'm posting here what I wrote in my forum (part of it):

quote:
(...)The cloak is extremelly noob and coward technique in Crysis Wars and it got way "improved" from Crysis (it was almost useless, but at least not noob". Now with all the good players complaining these guys add a thing to make it even worse: now they won't even be detected by radar... This is totally bad... I should consider in removing cloak from the server, after they cloak -> their nanosuit mode would be back again... I think this is too much but anyway this "patch balance feature" is pure abuse and will only make a even more noob feature to guys ruin the game to the others. Even more to guys like me that have to play on low settings (until I get my card back...) and we can't even see shadows! The player to us it's almost invisible and impossible to see! This is what I would call a true cheat... Wasn't it good like before? Seriously...

18.03.2009

Can't wait till friday!

18.03.2009

Somehow I can foresee more flaming posts about the new cloak/radar issue ^^

18.03.2009

It means people will have to use nano-grenades more.

18.03.2009

Still there are a whole bunch of maps where that advice just won't work. The Buttkickers servers have included Radar Kits in the load outs from the start, even in the TIA maps, but on say Battlegrounds for instance there are no Nano grenades available on the map...

---edit---

Either way, I'm going to try to hold off on any further comment until I've had a chance to install it and play with the new patch in place on Friday.

Roll on the announcements regarding the editor and roll on Friday for them both. Big Grin

18.03.2009

Very surprising news. Looking forward to it.

"...in the form of the Editor"

We get the Editor Shocked ?

18.03.2009

still nothing for the hud ....
dont know why we create topic with 5 or 6 pages for asking some changes about the sad points of this game

again a really small patch ... nearly nothing.
every times change things that nobody ask , dont understand Frown

18.03.2009

At ****** last guys, well done as I'm off work friday so will look forward to getting the new editor. You've made my day eddy. Have a drink on me, you have to pay yourself however Big Grin
