Crysis 2 Map Focus - Pier 17

Welcome to our second map focus, this time around featuring: Pier 17!

We're moving away from the well known Skyline and this time taking a look at the slightly lesser known Pier 17.  Some people may be a little familiar with this map already from previous releases, however I'm sure you'll all find something new with today's article.

Pier 17 Description

The ruined mall at Pier 17 overlooks the shattered harbour with the ferry terminal opposite on the verge of toppling into the ocean. This U-shaped map has some large open spaces with limited cover so use stealth mode to move unseen and surprise your enemies. With longer range combat opportunities and various high vantage points the DSG1 is an excellent choice here and could make the difference in a close Team Instant Action match.

    crysis full game is leaked so what the hell u guys waiting for they dont even know about it that there big release is already releases and working fuck them but is still buy this game cuz it deserve it............what did they do now

    Dude, they DO know it is released. They have issued two statements, one informing people, and the other from Cevat Yerli himself.

    Yeah nice CryTek,very cool i aim to work in CryteK,i have a big level creating and texturing skill, works very good in Flowgraph and etc sides of SandBox2 but i'm only 16 Years old.. so I have to wait )))

    Got a felling that Crytek gonna say ''F*ck off PC fans , we're not gonna release any beta-test and Crysis 2 on PC .But problem not in us or in piracy, Crytek you just got some rat in your office !

    I think Crytek is now busy looking for the leaker who leaked a Full beta of the game because it's a big loss for Crytek ! but don't worry Crytek , we all support you , and for my self , i have pre-ordered the nano edition :)

    This map looks awesome. It is sad news that someone has leaked a beta of the game early, but it is good to see that other true Crysis fans, like myself are waiting for the official release. Ive even already preordered my copy. Keep up the good work Crytek, I hope you release the PC demo very soon :)

    Crytek realy should get the PC demo on, cause what happened, before all of the people have the game :( I'm a true fan so I won get the leaked thing but still it would be fair that the fans get something too...

    I hope, you´re right. In Crysis wars, i prefered the Power-Struggle-Modus. It feals like real war. especially Mesa was a great Map to play. And Power-Struggle in a City --- Sounds Like much Fun ;-)
