The Crysis 2 Editor is available now!

The Crysis 2 Editor is here!

We’re pleased to announce that today we are releasing the Crysis 2 Editor package which includes the all-new CryENGINE 3 Sandbox Editor, allowing you to create custom maps, mods and content for Crysis 2!

The package also includes various tools, such as FMOD Designer, Poly Bump, plugins for Maya and 3ds Max and more! We’ve also included some sample assets to help you discover the possibilities with the Crysis 2 Editor package.

We're also pleased to announce the re-launch of our modding portal www.crymod.com where you are able to discuss and share all of your Crysis 2 maps and mods!  The website has an all new look and features so if you're just starting out and looking for tips with the Editor, or if you are an experienced modder looking to show off some work, Crymod is the place to be!

    sandbox on ps3 and xbox 360 will be gr8 plus weapon pack for pc and console also crysis 1 disc version for ps3 and xbox 360 would be nice crytek

    A: x64 is no longer the future they have 64 bit versions of win XP!
    B: .... This is PC only? no really... because they make games on using computers not xbox's.

    ask Microsoft that not them i think this program violates the XBOX 390 user license. PC's kill the XBOX 360 and all other consoles.

    Dear 32-bit User. Grow up and stop using such terrible computers. Who the hell has 2-3 Gigs of ram anymore, furthermore if your using 32-bit and have 4 or more gigs of ram, kill yourselves. Since you obviously don't know that 32- bit only addresses MAX 3.5 GB of ram. 64 bit is a standard. If your using a 32- Bit I'd reckon your computer is pretty terrible if your running that shit so either A you are an idiot and bought a shitty over priced computer from HP, Dell or some crap. Or you built your own computer and bought the 32-bit OS. GUESS WHAT I DON'T CARE WHAT HAPPENED SHUT UP AND GO AWAY TO DIE FAGGOTS!

    you know crysis started because pc gamers who liked it, now ever since they made it for consoles its ruined most of crysis so it works on the consoles. Plus they keep screwing over PC owners, First not having the editor come with the game but the fact you have to download it four moths later, and they only release it for 64 bit. Like seriously are they trying to piss off the their original fans or somthing.
