Post subject: Something Interesting for our Accounts here.

After the confusion from the Xbox 360 Test, still not a beta already. They had a problem with who got invites for some. I know this kind of thread has been posted before, but has anyone thought of this for our accounts? What if the new users: including current users would have the privilege of adding the gaming platform (like The Pc, The Xbox 360 and The PS3 or all of them if they wanted) to their info and profile here in Mycrysis.com

That way, if ever, another wave of invites for another test or beta would become available, Crytek would not be bothered with more confusion with the invites going to the wrong people who don't need them. They'll be easily filtered thru their platform preference.

What do you guys think, hope Crytek's reading this.

Tis a good idea bud :)

The whole XBL/PSN profile integration with forum profiles has been discussed and suggested before but this is a great example of how it would be very useful.

It would be a great idea. You would have to be able to edit the information later in case you buy a platform.

I know this may seem old, but to be honest I'm not the only one who posted this kind of idea, the real point was to remind Crytek, if they are reading this - to continue with their plans for account customization.

Many gamewebsite allow you link your gamertag/psn, and it will be more easier and efficient for Crytec-guys to give the token to the right people!

@Ramain I think you are onto the right idea there.

Have you considered Crytek may want to control all communication on their site for Copyright reasons? Opening up the ability/desire/need to interface with a separate company to display gamertag/PSN information may have some legal challenges. Also, with the stigma put on internet spaces that share User Data, it could possibly do more harm then good.

I am sure there is a way around all of that though. :]

Then why don't they just let us insert in our account or profile info. our current gaming platform.
