god I hope somehow this happens. I have been playing MP every night this week and it is impossible to get a match in either DLC.

How about you just wait till crysis 3. As awesome as crysis 2 is, think how pissed everyone who bought the DLC will feel. It would be great, but I can't see it happenkng

Isn't there any legal issue ?
I mean, for them to be selling a product (in fact two, 2 DLCs!)
and not making it possible for us to use this product ?
Ok granted, Crysis 2 servers are nothing to be compared with the Steam servers plethora,
but I think they could be a bit more serious regarding there credibility as a multiplayer gaming platform!
Maybe giving some flexibility to people so they could create and run servers more easily with this merging for example.
Once again, Steam succeded so well because of such mesures.
I'm yet just another frustrated player....

At this point even if the DLCs became free by putting these maps into the regular map rotation,
it wouldn't matter if I payed for them and the others didn't, at least I could play!
Paying for them and not being able to play except by myself,
gives a feeling of having been had, good time!

I agree they should be free and they should be merged into regular rotation. I only bought the decimation map pack for the gun and I haven't bothered buying the other one cause I know I will just be wasting my money. I would love to actually be able to play these maps in a regular public game and not have to go private just to try them out.

They will probably be reproduced into the crysis 3 multiplayer or jazzed up and released as crysis 3 Dlc.
