I can say the same for me. I was in Terminal and Akymaj spawned right before my eyes and I mean the game just started, it didn't occur to me at the time to stealth him, but I did kill him.

Everytime I start the match, there'd be someone spawning in front of me. I fininshed my First Strike skill kills assessment in one day, thanks to this BS spawn. :) TheUltimatePlayer

Bad spawns are rare for me. Of all the matches I've played I could probably count on one hand the amount of times an enemy has Spawned right in front of me. One time on Wall Street I spawned into the subway tunnel and then a guy just pops right in front of my eyes - we both kind looked at each other in shock and then I shotgunned him in the face.
Best one was on Pier 17 during an Assault match - I spawned as a defender right over in the wrecked boat house. WTF, it's gonna take me 5 minutes to get over to the terminals. Then a Nanoguy spawns right in front of me, I shot him down and as I'm doing so another guy spawns in right behind him.
Two easy kills.

I don't understand why you use reflex sight on marshall when you shoot only from the hip, it just makes you slower. Nice stealth kills.
btw, there are some bad spawns, like on Terminal in that store, on City Hall behind stairs, on Wallstreet in that subway entrance (like in the video), you spawn right next to the enemy lol... And assault has bad spawns, especially on Sanctuary.
