As I was telling SDub, my hands rest 20-30 degrees above on my desk, the skin on my wrists has gotten hard, I barely have feeling there. I re-adjust my hands every 10 seconds or so, and it hurts while doing so, my blood supply is mostly cut-off, so my hands get cold pretty fast.
When using the mouse, I squeeze the mouse very tightly, and at the same time push my weight on it, severely limiting me, so I can't aim properly with it, but it is pretty powerful. This applies to all weapons.

And no, I am not making excuses, it's just how it is.

Where that pen is, near you keyboard, that's where my mouse is. I am unable to play if my hands are crossed i.e keyboard up and mouse down, or vice-versa.
