So how many of you people purchased Crysis 2 as soon as it was released,
and how much did you pay?
Who waited until the price went down?
I do not care about being among the first who buy and play a game.
I never pay full price for video games. I do not mind waiting even a year
for the price to go down. It has been a year since Crysis 2 was released and I
got it just last week (PC version) for a cool 10 GBP (= 12 Euros / $16 USD).

Full retail=$60. Pre-odor [sic] bonuses didnt work-- hell nothing worked, seems like. I remember remarking at the time that the "unique platinum dogtag" was little more than a symbol of who got rooked. After readily throwing away another $20 on 2 DLC's (out of which I got about 10 games each on day 0) I ran a fun, well-populated server for 5 months at $20 a pop.
I've waaaay more than got my moneys worth. And I still havent played the singleplayer.

Tbh, I had a go at the cracked multiplayer, but it was just not enough, so I bought a key at this russian site for 15 dollars. I missed an offer for 11..will regret forever.

I preordered the nano edition 2 months before the release .. and I paid 130€ :D
