I want to record one, but I don't know how to without the quality being ****.
How would I record it like you did?

This was recorded on a PC, I used Fraps, a video capturing program. If you want to record some ps3 footage you can either get a capture card, or if you really want some HD vids, you'd need an HD PVR. Capture cards are relatively cheap.
