 Post subject: Can't sprint/strafe right and jump at the same time

Like the title states, my g74sx laptop apparently can't comprehend that set of combined key functions. I can sprint/strafe left and jump, just can't do it while strafing right. Any ideas? (without rebinding keys preferably) move forward is W,sprint is shift, strafe left is Q, jump is spacebar.

this effect is called ghosting.
