I was currently a lvl 44 on Crysis 2 xbox 360 version, i come home one day to find that my rank was reset all the way down to lvl 7, on another note i cannot do any assessments aswell do to the fact that my custom classes are all my previous classes from when i was lvl 44 so being @ lvl 7 i can use k-volt with feline also with modules that are locked but not locked :( how can i fix this!

I just went from lvl 48 to wooping lvl 5 (because I got the Limited Edition so I get 5 free levels).

What just happened to my Crysis 2 account?

I have very big problems with Mp, It never saves my unlocks or changes in equipment and such...This is very irritating.
I have tried many ways to get around it, But it doesn't work. Any suggestions anyone?

I really want to love this game,it has so much potential.But yet again i find myself back posting here when i should be cloaking around some map.Left game because of a fuking wallhacker and nobody understood how to use the votekick system.Shortly after this Ihad just leveled up to to 39 had a choice of weapon upgrade such as the mike or the gauss.Map started too quick for me so i thought ill select gun to upgrade to after map.HAHAHAHA Guess what?Im level 39 alright but now the mike and gauss are greyed out and all my other guns and stuff are the way they were b4 i levelled up WHAT AN ABSOLUTE FUKING JOKE!What worries me is this,these things that are broken in this game are small and dont require that much effort to fix!Sooooo its either your a bunch of idiots that cannot fix bugs in software you built, or you guys just dont give a ****.I will never and i repeat Never! buy a product made by crytek backed by ea ever again.

I have through your issue and clearly understand that you are facing the issue of rank and stats. As you stated that two days your level was 42 but now it reduced to level -1 but I would like to inform to inform you that unfortunately, support staff can not alter or modify stats, ranks, kits and badges for the game. The collection of this data is very complex, and as you can imagine with the popularity of game an immense undertaking. There is simply no possible way we can adjust every players score, though we would love to but in order to assist you regarding the issue I provide you a link you just go through the link and try to fix the issue.

my problem retriever module, once it dropped vom rank 2 over 200kills to 0 and last week i had a pc freeze, reboot and login back to game, lvl already there but retriever module to 0 again, this time from rank 3 500kills.
i could be lvl 50 but every day i loss many xp and module resets,
it is very frustrating, i have not played since the reset and all crytek do is release a dlc vor 10€ instead of fixing the real problems

my singleplayer savegame is gone too after this crash, i crashed before often and nothing happend to singleplayer

Crytec / EA....etc.....ITS TIME TO FIX THIS. How is it considered acceptable to release a multiplayer platform game that resets your stats. Who cares about DX 11, 12, 13, 14 compatibility (for now). Focus on the things that should have worked before the game WENT GOLD !!!! Did no one notice this during beta testing????? Its been happening to me intermittently. Ill get to 15 and the levels will drop, things I unlocked will re-lock but be available in customized until I change them.

60 bucks.....come on. The game is so darn good how can you possibly let this fly. These are the things that you loose customers on. There is a lot of competition out there for games. You should be striving for excellence. I bought this game on a whim even though there were mixed reviews. Overall its very good, but multiplayer is where games of this genre are at now and if thats broken (out of the box) it screams, "TREYARCH !!!"

Statistics say you have more than 300.000 kills. Either your stats got corrupted OR you edited them via "certain tools" (keyword: leaderboard hack), got busted and thereby reset, which would serve you right.

with 15 games.. hacker is complaining.. funny
