I had a couple games with 5 bar connections across the board but for some reason the game seemed to play worse and now all the connections are 1 bar except the host of course. How much more info could you possibly need to fix this game. Why bother this game is a lost cause now. Good job on that by the way. It took every bit of self control i might actually have not to snap this game in half. Crytek just quit. Stop your lazy attempts and please retire. We don't need you.

Could not find a game after endless minutes! Switched back to UK and found a game a few seconds later!

Well, played a few games last night and it was good, played today and even though there was hardly any lag, nothing but b u l l s h i t kills!
Getting killed with a pistol when i put a full clip into him.
Well done Crytek, one days worth of fix then it's back to normal.
Just admit you need to provide us with a huge download to fix this. Need for Speed did it, 500mb worth and so did Bad Company 2 so the patch limit is NO EXCUSE.

Hey Jackass, If you read the OP and the reply by Cry-Adam just a couple posts down then you would know that this is the second of two live fixes or hotkey fixes for the network connection so they can gather info on what works and what doesn't. This is so they know what to add to the title update patch in the future. Know your facts before you open your mouth and start spewing Bulls*** every where.

My locale is set correctly Wireless, 12 down, 3 up
Seems to take longer to find a match on the new maps. For me, no noticeable difference on the original map playlists, though I have never, ever had a chance to play extraction. I've waited and waited for a lobby, and it just never fills up. (This is most likely due to the fact that there aren't many people playing it though, which, imo could be fixed by opening the game types up to all levels. But hey, I'm no professional game developer). I played last night, and experienced mostly two yellow bars, with a few 3 green bars, and a few MORE single red bars. The glitching when I have a single red is horrendous, takes forever to kill someone, and I'm usually killed seemingly with just one bullet. I also usually play first thing in the morning before work, around 5 am CST, and I can only ever find a Team IA game on the orig maps, and it's always, without fail a host with full bars and everyone else on a single red bar. Other things I've noticed: On the new maps, I've also experienced the pink/purple glitch on my scope (there's no texture to the scope, it's just all filled in with solid color. kind of a pinkish purple), and have seen this manifest on the flying bullet in a slow-mo head shot killcam. Also on the new maps- I selected Team IA, Standard. 3 times in a row, the game put me into a Team IA, CLASSIC game. No nano suits. So while it was still fun, it wasn't what I was trying to play at the time. On all maps: In-game vocals were louder and clearer- the post kill taunts, the rally cries, the sniper warnings and enemy location notifications were all louder and clearer.
I've never felt that this game is unplayable, even when I have a terrible connection I still have a blast, but I'm glad to see you guys are actually still working on it. Just like everyone else, I'd just like to see more regular updates on this site.

As far as noticable lag I have not always fallen victim to this problem like some say, even when I have 2 orange bars. However I did notice room overall was filled with little to no red bar connections. Things did seem a little smoother for me and I think I even had over a 50% success rate of host migrations = )
- Did take longer than 30 sec to find a match? Not really and I never really had a problem with this before. Maybe it is taking some people 3 - 5 minutes to find a match because it puts them in a room by themselves and they sit there until people join or it automatically kicks you to another game. If this happens to me then I just back out and search again. I usually find on in 1 or 2 more tries.
- Wired or wireless? Wireless (Slim). Don't know specs or upload/download speed but works fine.
- Region? Set to U.S.
- Red/Orange bar connections? As I said before, connections did seem to be better across the board. Very few red bar connections and orange/yellow bars made up less then half the room usually. Green for the rest and of course 5 bar green for host. Still didn't notice a big difference between 4 green and 3 yellow, both ran fine for me.
- First match quick? Yes I got in right away on Retaliation TIA. I still cannot find anyone playing Classic or Pro modes which is because not very many people play this game anymore and it takes so damn long to unlock Pro mode that most people who still play don't even have access to it.
Overall it is a definite step in the right direction and I am looking forward to what fixes are in store for us next. At least the babies can finally stop crying about how Crytek have abandoned the game and all this "what we see is what we get" crap. Keep up the good work and continue to communicate with us. It makes a huge difference in the community.

Every mode except IA TIA & CS now takes to longer Wired Last night nearly everyone except the host had 1 or 2 bars Yes When loading the screen is black & gradually fades out over a period of 20 seconds followed by the worse lag i've seen in Crysis.
Crytek what are you doing to this game. A couple of days ago I could find capture the relay games almost instantly. Now it takes over 5 mins if i'm lucky.
I just entered a game with a few seconds left to go. I was then dropped from the lobby to wait another 5 mins. The games about to start & then I got the disconnected msg. Finding a capture the relay game now is just as bad as finding an Assault game. If i'm patient enough to wait for a capture the relay game it's full of lag. Theres been some weird stuff happening in capture the relay as well. All this started a few days ago.

Hello
Last night overall was great as far as connection for me (details below). Nothing stands out that was a problem in-game. I was host about 50% of my matches (IA, TIA, CS), which I can tell sometimes I have an advantage (take alot of bullets) and other times I don't. Anyway the last few days I have been getting host alot which is nice because then I do not worry about host migration. Sometimes I worry I may disconnect, but that has not happened lately-since I got my xbox slim model compared to the old white model with external wifi which disconnected way too much.
The lobby/prematch stuff is different. Switching lobbies for no reason after a match where the lobby is still full!! Happens almost every time after a match with the DLC. Squad stuff too which has been talked about on here can be spotty as well.
- Did take longer than 30 sec to find a match? IA and CS were fine as well as DLC TIA, but on DLC it took longer for Onslaught. Speaking of DLC, you need to make Traveler Assessments for the maps. Also, I am not sure if getting MVP or some other skill assessments count when completed on the DLC like on the original maps?? I need to double check this.
- Wired or wireless? Wireless as I said slim model (no more disconnects), 20/20 verizon fios internet as I pull host about 50% of matches.
- Region? United States
- Red/Orange bar connections? About 1 or 2 players in 20% of my matches. I did not have this myself all of last night-except 1 match when more people joined in the middle I went from 2 bars to 1 bar back to 2 bars.
- First match quick? Yes, the lobby filled quickly. Sometimes the game throws you into a match that is almost over or even into a match where it is in the middle and there are only a few players. Shortly after though, the match fills up but it is still not started from the beginning. This is really annoying and hopefully can be corrected, although I understand matches need to be filled and people leave/disconnect mid-match.
I hope you make it through my short novel as I had alot to say because I think bottomline this MP is real fun. I will probably edit this post upon further play.
Thanks

- Did it take longer than 30s to find a game? (please try and be accurate with this) Yes, around 2 minutes then the Lobby merged with another (Team Instant Action)
- Are you on wired or wireless? Wired Connection AT&T Direct Service Line 5.5Mbps download 0.60Mbps upload
- Have you specified your correct locale (region) in your console settings?* United Sates (Texas)
- What was the ratio of red bar to orange bar to green bar players in the match? I was 2 bars (Orange) 80% of the room had 3 bars or higher (Green)
- Did you get into the first game without any issues? Long searching for match Lobby merged with another since ours had only 2 players (Me included) Enemy Weapons kill me instantly My weapon takes 2-4 seconds (Unload Magazine) to kill enemies Playable but highly Stressful
(Did you get my email on Single-Player Bugs Crytek?)
