Most of mine are from China, South Korea, Hungary, and Russia. I see a bunch spread out after that. The former five are fifteen or more.
I find it odd but I've only collected ONE US dog tag. Probably because they're beastly and never die.

Actually I only play on US servers. West coast side. Anything with less that 150 ping so that's not EU. Which is somewhere around 1,000. Hahaha
West coast probably explains the Asian and Russian countries. But Hungary? :|

How do you find out where the people you get dogtags are from? :-\

You go to the dog tag selection, check the countries and see how many you have collected from each country (flag).
Of course, in order to collect one, the enemy must have it set at his own dogtag and you need to grab it from him (for the killstreaks).
So if e.g. you kill a person from Spain, but he hasn't set his dog tag to the Spanish flag, you won't get a dog tag for Spain. :)
