So I have been playing Crysis 3 Campaign a lot and I found a dead C.E.L.L. trooper with a pink donut in his hand.This gave me a message.The decryption of the text says as follows:
"rot hex rev rot 120234655564 15 142565543502N584N565O4R4N5"
What my initial thought was that the numbers were a message and needed to be decoded by ROT13,HEX,REVERSE,ROT13. This gave me nothing so I am still looking. Any ideas?
If you are wondering here is what I got:

I stopped after Hex.
