Just give it to everyone, Crytek!

Crytek, you have ALL of our stats available to you via MyCrysis.com, the official leaderboards, Xbox LIVE and PlayStation Network services. It isn't the most elegant solution, but it is an effective and efficient solution!

Frustrated with this glitched Achievement / Trophy, I deleted my local game save in an attempt to find a solution. This has been reported to work on these forums while others dispute the results. I lost my Level 50 rank online and my original, time-stamped game save of March 22, 2011.

This was clearly a BOTCHED and CONIVING attempt by EA / Crytek to artificially keep this community active. Despite this failed attempt, the ONLY people who remain to be inconvenienced are hardcore fans anyway!

Crytek, please govern yourself accordingly.Give your fans and your customers a reason to respect your studio, staff and leader, Cevat Yerli. The message is clear:

"DEBUG your code, SUPPORT your products, and RESPECT your customers!"


PLEASE GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY.

I called it and it worked!

While nobody outside of Crytek can tell us with any authority what the latest patch did, what's certain is that many have since unlocked the "Dedication" achievement, myself included!

Everyone has a different story, but we're finally beginning to see a resolution! Some have unlocked the achievement/ trophy by rebooting their suits after six months or after deleting their profiles, while others unlocked it after playing their first match.

Regardless, the point is clear and it's obvious that Crytek addressed the issue NOT by fixing their code, but rather by awarding the achievement just for playing this late in the game.

I said it FIRST and I'll say it again, but this time it's for every new Crytek project:


"DEBUG your code, SUPPORT your products, and RESPECT your customers!"
