Sorry if this is not the place but does anyone knows if we Xbox players will have access to the MP alpha? If so when and how can we get it?

Doubtfull, consoles can have alpha testing done in-house because the hardware is fixed, PC is too fragmented in design to test every permutation.
open multiplayer betas will probably follow later for in-game balance testing, rather than system tests

Really can't wait for the Beta, I hear lots of issues on the Alpha but this is normal stuff that will be ironed out by release

There has been no beta announced at the moment, as far as I'm informed. I highly doubt there will be an open one as well.
