Well mysteriously now the password works... and was copy pasted from Keep Pass... Now the problem is error trying to download the file... doesn't connect

Redeemcode is for the Limited Edition content.... it is an unlock, there is nothing to download.
edit: (but purchase history is there, oops)

Any help plz... still cant get to the dlc... now it says "an unknown error has occurred" when i try to download it...
