Really Sir-ANT, can't you see men at work here organising a tournament? Don't post that here. For those of you who missed it on the previous page: Quote: The tournament will have 3 admins and I aim for about 10 tournament supervisors.
Tournament supervisors should be trusted, calm, and level-headed people. Good communication skills are important. These should also be spread around the timezones, so that 2-4 Supervisors are online at any given time. No two supervisors should be on the same team, nor should they be on a team with an admin. The supervisors are essentially the scorekeepers of the tournament, and are especially vital during the hectic early rounds. Their main function is to monitor each match and record the results. Secondary functions include helping the teams get their matches set up and reporting any problems or disputes to the Admins.
Supervisors will aim to make sure all matches are played in time and as soon as possibe and contacting any teams directly who are not arranging their matches and making sure they get set up.
If you could be a tournament supervisor please send me a PM with your contact info. Steam is a preferred method of contact. I will set up a steam group with all tournament supervisors and admins so anyone can view this group to see if any of the supervisors are on if they need assistance.
