Because of the opportunity to buy Crysis maximum edition( and too many guys buy) and lack of advantages over scar+laser, weapon FY-71 allowed on server.

Sorry but I still don't get it. Of course, it's your server and you make the rules... that's OK and I respect that. But where is the logic behind "No scar+laser (when using aim enhance)" rule? Quote: "1.This perk is for a noobs."
2. Some guys cry even when we play without this perk, and if we play with AE3 they can commit suicide. Except other things, the reasons you mentioned are generally focused against Aim Enhance (you didn't mention anything about scar+laser). But why the rule isn't then: "No Aim Enhance" ? Why is it forbidden only when using scar+laser? (actually I'm pretty sure I know the answer, just asking out of curiosity ;-) )

Scar + laser has +25%ADS over another weapon, therefore AE3 prohibited.
