sorry if I'm wrong place ... but i can not activate the dx 11 features and all the high res texture patch is already installed but not activated ...

Graphic card you are using is DX10.1 compatible, it doesn't support DX11 features so you can't use DX11 features in Crysis 2 with it. I don't recommend you to use High Resolution Texture Pack with such graphic card like Radeon 4670, Radeon 4670 GPU is just to weak that it can handle fast enough such large textures. Also I recommend you to add more RAM memory, I don't believe that you can decently play Crysis 2 with just 1GB of RAM memory. DDR3 RAM memory is not expensive these days, add 2GB of DDR3 RAM...

sorry I was wrong to write, but I use 3GB of ram and I know that I can not run DX11 app with features but the features High Resolution Texture why can not I activate that?

Was not able to play the game with patch 1.9. What I did was uninstall the game and reinstall it. Did not install the download manager,but every time you launch the game it will try to download the 1.9 patch. What you must do is disconnect your internet connection then launch the game and the game will play fine. However this means you can't play online.

I am not sure why the game will not play for me with the 1.9 patch, maybe it is my hardware. My processor is a Intel e8400 duel core Nvidia GTX560 video card 8 GIGS of memory, running Windows 7 64 bit. Hope this information helps.

I am experiencing sound issues in Crysis 2, one of which is not mentioned anywhere by other players. During the campaign, the "Radio Free Manhattan" audio will play at the places where the radios are, then abruptly stop, sometimes continuing at a later point in the message. This also happens with the doctor's laptop that one can access before fighting the first enemies. I have the 1.9 patch installed. Whether or not DX11 and High-res textures are enabled makes no difference. My PC specs (I'm not a PC expert) are
Intel Core i7-3930
EVGA GTX 680
16 GB Corsair RAM

Any possible solution or mention of others having this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, i have a problem with patch 1.9.

I installed patch, dx11 ugrade and high res textures correctly. i have a hd 6850 2 gb gddr5, windows 7 64 bit.
But in graphic menu DX11 or high res Options are not displayed. What went wrong?

I think I had this problem. Try deleting your previous downloads and re-downloading and re-installing the patches one at a time while not running any other programs besides your browser.

doesnt work.... re installed all, but still no DX11 function in MENU. strange...
