Hey guys,
I just rebooted after reaching Rank 50 and got my dogtag yesterday.
But when I login today, the dogtag was missing but my rank and profile was updated correctly at Rank 6. So, is there anything that can be done to that?
My aim was to get the dogtag for rebooting 5 times, but I even lost the dogtag for the first reboot. This issue kinda discourage me to continue aim for the 5 times rebooting...
CryAdam or CryTom or any admin please help?

This should be a known issue by now. I hope this gets some more attention soon as everyone seems to have this issue.

I think this should be fixed in the coming patch. If you checked its preview I read somewhere that dog tags that should be unlocked and that are not would be now. I did the reboot too and have the same problem.

Yeah I know it's a known issue where you get roll back to your previous unsaved state.
I wouldn't mind if I got roll back to Rank 50 where I can just reboot again.
But it's weird while my Rank is saved but just without the dogtag -_-
Why not the other way round instead? LOL
