This is probably because you use Vista or Win7. I'm running this on an older machine today running XP.
Where does it store your player profile? It has to be in that folder where there is also the folders "download cache", "model cache", "profiles", "save games". And then there is also the "dlc" folder.

Place the zip-File in the appropriate "dlc" folder in the Crysis2 folder that you can find in "My Documents" or whatever it is called. If there is already content in there delete it. Next time you join the game it will check your priviledges and decode it. Thank you, all sorted. On windows 7 it was Username>Saved Games>Crysis 2>dlc You'd think crytek would give more info on how to load the map packs, would of thought you just extract the maps to the folder.

Jeez.. i just bought this and i tried to open the dlc zip folder and it says it's corrupted? Man i wasted 9.99 on this.. I'm in US area.. can anyone verify if they have the same problem? Bad download? Crytek please fix this and i really really wanna delete my debt card in this website cuz i know your website ain't secured cuz it seem not to required to have a pin nbr and that's unsafe. PLEASE for the love of god let me be able to DELETE it instead of edit it! However i wanna play those dlc maps but i seem to have a problem!! FIX IT!

Cryetk you are making me lose faith in you, i almost lost it when you had no patches then you came back and saved your reputation by fixing the game a bit. Then i had hope.. then you gave us DLC and now we cannot use it? I'm losing faith again. I'm starting to think you guys are just ripping us off. I expected better of you. pcnuttie apparently you have to manually move the zip file to the crysis 2 dlc folder, i can't confirm this since i refuse to pay money for maps
