As I was helping a few people and recently one person for some hours;
He wasn't able to join anthing like the SP or the MP.
He could login to Gamespy in Crysis 2, but he was getting popup boxes to unable to create a profile.
He trusted me with his Gamespy login to see if I could play on his Gamespy account with my key (that is separated) and that worked.
I took over his destop by Crossloop(something like teamview) and did this;
For Win7 and Vista users:
1. Cut "Crysis 2" folder C:\Users\ACCOUNT NAME\Saved Games out to the desktop(backup, just in case)
2. Added my system.cfg into his , NOTHING to do with this ISSUE! And a new one up today.

When he started the game, he could play MP plus SP and he had a message that he recieved the Limited Edition bonus. #Note: That only works if MyCrysis and your account at Gamespy matched the same email!
Try it, nothing to lose, just backup your "Crysis 2" folder. Move it to somewhere else and do not delete it just in case.
