After the issue is fixed are you going to give our levels back ? I just had lvl 14 bought weapon for lvl 13, tried connecting to the server, had "The session has been lost" or something like that, and now i have lvl 11, my weapon for lvl 13 stays with me, but i've lost fu cking emblems etc.

Im having same problem, im level 8 go play a bit get to level ten and 'session lost', and then im back at level 8 again what is this my favourite game, and its a heap of S**t when it does this to me i lost my rank over 8 times now i mean i havent got the best net connection but hell im going to play crysis wars... well until its fixed anyways....

Nice..... i had 49 kills from K-Volt , then my connection to server had failed and then i had ... 17 kills from it... ofc my attachments have benn deleted... ive thougt, k , sh#t happens ,and ive had kill about 40 people with this gun and ive got only ... 1 ATTATCHMENT!... ONE... ive done both tasks (kill 20 and 50 ) and one att, thx , great , and now i cant unlock all attantchmes cause of this bug... any possible fix for this ?

Anyone know the process of claiming back the cost of the game from EA. I don't feel I should be getting it from Steam, their service works unlike the one I have paid for from EA.
On second thoughts, I want half my money back cos half the game works.
Major fail EA, this is not a corner of bad clipping that testers might have missed this is just sloppy, half assed crap.

look at this ****!!! i was lvl16, made my third custom class and after one more game i am lvl15 again and all settings LOCKED!! %#?@?@?@**%^!!!

same problem here ... was level 18 .. finally and was playing over 1 hour on 3 different servers.
suddenly i lost the connection and now i have to earn 8500 XP again hmm this really sucks...

Funny how there is a sticky by Cry-Adam saying that this thread is the solution to this issue. Circular round robin merry-go-round thinking. Can't wait to check out the other "fixes" he lists.

i am having the issue of ranks, ranks are not been saved by playing on ranked servers, got 1 more class open but when i exit the lobby and joined other server i lost my class and rank was back to 9, i tried it many times but whenever i exit the server my ranks, bonuses, tags etc... are lost again....

I just stopped playing mp
I'm sick of getting to 16 or 17, unlocking whatever and then playing later on back on lvl14
**** this ****, either ea or crytek really **** the bed on server side data processing

Every time I player, I eventually get the "session lost" error and get reset back to rank 1. This problem should get priority for being fixed IMO.
