Not fixed for me. I use 11.6 and CAP5 for my 2x HD6970 CrossFire setup.

Roll back to 11.5 and CAP 11.5-5.
I use twin 6970's and I have no flicker AT ALL.
Hopefully, it works out for you guys as well.

*sigh* Instead of trying to fix their game, they just come out with DLC. Oh well, at least this game has had more patches than the first crysis.

It's sad that the DLC come s first when myself and many others can't even play this thing with out having a epileptic fit. I wont even think about DLC while this is not fixed or even a work around of some sort. I paid my money for a working game, please fix.
It's like buying a car with all the lights flashing off and on by themselves, my key alarm security wont remember each time when I try to unlock it to start. But the dealer ignores me and wont's me to buy new seat covers when I complain. A neighbor managed to stop the lights flashing with a little tweak here and there, but still wont remember my key alarm code every time to unlock. I take my car in for a service only to find the lights flash off and on again even more crazy after the service, my alarm security lock remembered sometimes when I use it, the dealer has welded and locked up anything what could be done to get around the problems. The dealer ignores me and tries to sell me a set Mag wheels. Will I be buy through this dealer again?

Here is what it's like now. The recorder squashed it in to fit, but you see what I'm on about. 1.8 made this. 1.4 I could work around it and get a good display, but the flicker/shimmer was not 1/2 as bad as it is now. Using the 270.61 drivers with the 1.4 patch. Game display 5760x1200, 3 x 24" monitors, 3 x GTX480's in surround vision, 980X CPU OC'ed to 4 gig (Yes I tried down clocking etc), 6 gig of 2000Mhz ram, drivers 270.61. latest driver is crappy, earlier driver versions not much diff' or worse. I'd done a fresh wipe and re install of the system a week a go and everything up to date. Edit. I forgot to say it's ONLY this game. Showgun2 DX 9 & 11, BC2 DX 9,10 & 11, All COD's Dx9, Alien Vs Predator DX11, Medal of Honor Dx10 do not give me any issues at all.

Never mind as I worked out what causes it. Able to play now Extreme with no flicker/shimmer. Might only be a "fix" for my system. Now I put the disk back into the box and wait for DX11.
