I don't believe sniper rifles should be used that way. However I have done that a few times when I had no other weapons. Snipers are best when scoped, like most other guns in Crysis. That's what made Crysis so great to me. Most other fps games you can just spray and pray but in Crysis aiming helps A LOT , especially at longer distances. Can't wait for Crysis 2.

You are doing it wrong. And this map is too.
Sniping means going recon, gathering information about the enemy from long distance without even being noticed.
Sniping means helping the friends out when they are going assault from a long distance. Or just taking a few enemies out without getting yourself killed in the process
It's taking the wind and the gravity into account for you to get a succesfull hit from up to few hundreds meter to a few kilometers.
But as for your aiming skills, quite nice man. Good job!

i want scope as a must... else the damage is gona be to hectic. itl just be iritating game then instead of skill... if 2 ppl have that gun they just aim at som1 1 each and he dead. but if u need a scope he stil has chance... its just more balanced with scope as a must.

It's called noscoping, and lol, I never saw someone doing that in Crysis wars, this is mostly used in CoD.

Noscoping is so much fun to do in wars. Especially when you run around a corner pop someone right in the head and the person is like WTF

best snipe is elevated, using low profile prone, possible relocate, then re-engage, single shot high velocity, recon/scout/cover fire, no point in single shot high powered rifle in that enviroment Soz But Not My Style, Or real experience
