dear all,

after over one year without any support, I resigned. nobody got in touch with me. if you have any serious issues regarding your account - buy a new copy and try again. EA refers you to crytek, and crytek does not care at all.
I bought the nano edition and I am not able to play online because my username is fu<ked up since the "mycrysis"-system here has been changed.

when crysis2 has been launched, guys which had the pirate version had no problem playing crysis2 online. I still can't play online.

I wrote several emails, PNs, entries in this forum and nobody cared.
the only reason why I don't delete this account is, because my serial is bound on it. but I´m done with this.

They help with CD key/account problems immediatly

I contacted them twice. and as I said "EA refers you to crytek". they said "we can't give support for mycrysis, as this is from crytek and not EA". so, where is the right place or forum then?

I signed up as "tristard" on the old crysis-forum. everything was fine until they swapped to this "mycrysis"-****.
then, this issue came up:

it is currently under investigation... over one year now. I have been told to wait until this issue has been fixed, there will be a post in this forum.

I was sick, waiting for response. so I changed my nickname to "trist@rd". from then, I had 2 nicks - tristard and trist@rd.
afterwards, I was not able to play in multiplayer with my standard nickname and I was not able to post into the forum because of the special character.
two weeks ago, I changed the nickname to "tristard81". I just created this nickname to get intouch with cryadam or whever who can do something to change the name back to "tristard".
there is still no response and this issue is still flagged as "under investigation".

EDIT: btw, since I changed the nickname to tristard81, the original nickname "already in use". don't get it...

Deactive your CD key on that computer, make a new profile with a new email, nickname/password, re-enter CD key and try...
