I have exactly the same problem. This is the definitive bug it seems. I also need help with unlocking the extra stuff.

I'm getting this issue as well. When I enter my Prepaid Code is states that it's "Not Found".
Can you let me know what the resolution to this issue is?

Hi guys, If you are experience this issue with the PlayStation 3 version then you need to contact Sony support: http://support.us.playstation.com/app/contact_options/If it's a PC issue then please Private Message me your code (XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format) that you are using to redeem on the Limited Edition page. This way we can see exactly what the issue is and try hopefully solve this once and for all. Thanks all. Cry-Pete

Hello, I'm having this same issue. I got the game some where around oct. 2011. I don't remember installing the content. I've had to reinstall win7 since. If I did download it and erased it with the reinstall how can I tell or get it back ?

Hello!
I bought the limited edition for PC and I've a box with CD. So I typed in my bonus code of the limited edition on "http://secure.mycrysis.com/limitededition" but it only says "Order Received, Promotion code was not found". If you want (Crytek Stuff) I can send you my serial number and bonus code.
