Master Chief I would imagine.
He's been through the mill a good bit more than Alcatraz to say the least. Pitch 2 people with similar tech against eachother, and the one with more experience should win the day. That would make the Master Chief more than able to handle noob Alcatraz.

Alcatraz would just cloak and Master Chief would just be left standing there. Not really a fair fight in my oppinion

Well don't forget Master chief is far more smarter and can handle clocking because already there are already invisible mobs in halo.

MC would tear the living crap out of Alcatraz. He's had far better training and he's been through stuff Alcatraz couldn't even imagine. He'd be able to spot Alcatraz through his cloak using the display on the Sniper/Splaser/Fuel Rod Cannon and he would then proceed to rip him apart. Plus if Alcatraz has all his Nanosuit abilities, Chief gets Armour Lock.

I voted for Alcatraz because I think that Master Chief is overpowered with all his laserswords, laserbeams and all that vehicles he use in the campaign.
