Cry-Tom = Community Manager
Cry-Lee = Community Manager
Cry-Alex = Community Moderator
Cry-Lee has been kind of MIA right now... Not sure if he is just doing backend work or helping make trailer, vacation, or whatever, but he is still employed so he should be active again soon. :P
Also, there are some different managers over at CryMod in addition to the ones posted above. Most of the managers prefer that place since the community there is knowledged about making games, and its all about the CryEngine which they know well and can actually get answers for. ^-^
