i tried re-seting and re-install but no 1.9 patch just the 1.04 update. NEED HELP!!!!!!!

can anyone help me? i've deleted off crysis 2 and the save file and re-installed and now i can get online but i cant connect to anyone in a game. NEED HELP!!! does anyone know what i could try doing to fix this.

HI guys,i have a problem.
When i enter the game,i can't change a lang.,i'm from Rus,and have a rus lang
In game i can't change lang from Rus to eng.
And couldn't log in,coz my login is eng.
