How do I fix pop in? I'm playing on high settings (object detail is fixed at low?). I know that I can't completely eliminate pop in, but I'd like to get rid of at least some of it.

I think that's the way the game graphics is design, anything that is closer gets render and anything that is far or at a certain distance in relation to the player doesn't get render. Only way to fix it on your end is to increase the graphic details but then FPS is lowered.
