So are we talking about just the Ceph from Crysis 2? Or the ones from Crysis 1 and warhead too?

Ceph lose to human's technology in about 20+ years further, while Convenant lose to human's technology in 2500+ AD.

Ceph will got raped for sure. Time period is irrelevant because they are effectivley played out in 2 different universes. In Crysis we have the nanosuit much earlier than Halo has anything of the sort, and aliens use bullet-like projectiles.

Covenant easily, they have spare faring armadas that can dominate worlds and come from multiple different races.
Their vehicles outmatch the cephs quite hugely, Scarab would walk over anything in Crysis 2(although vs the hunter it would be arguable which would win).
but yeah, the Ceph really wouldnt stand a chance.
