http://www.vgchartz.com/article/250787/ ... -crysis-3/scroll near the bottom it says 23rd feb.. so then about 4 days? to me, if it was 4days then 550,000+ seems pretty impressive anyone know if its including/excluding downloads? Edit:/ 4days(roughly) (excluding australia/parts of asia who seemed to get it before others) in the first place i put 2days, counting up the days wrong(whoops, stupid me lol)

Yeah but because of DX11 they won't sell much more. Sure people can spend some money for cheapest DX11 card but it just doesn't pay off tbh ;/
Ps. But it is quite strange because Open Beta was raided by 3mil people xD

Physical copies. Digital sales are never released. That's the reason the PC version has the lowest sale in that chart!

Good numbers, not sure what their projections were, or why players aren't playing multiplayer in droves if that's the case. Clearly has to be performance related or multiplayer just isn't offering enough to the casual player.

Ps. But it is quite strange because Open Beta was raided by 3mil people xD It's really not that strange that the Open Beta had more people, it was free. That being said about DX11. I think it's going to be a while before Crytek turns Crysis 3 into a Free to Play. I think for Free to Play to work the game has to have lower requirements so more people can play. Over half a mil in sales? Thats really good, it's no power house game like Call of Duty or Mario, but it is selling well. It is selling well enough to warrant another Crysis game. Maybe the next Crysis game wont even be published by EA, maybe Crytek will publish it themselves....Hopefully.

550000 in 2 days, physical copies only. That means Xbox and PS3 didnt do so good in pre-order because as far as i know most console sales are still physical. On the PC on the other hand most sales were probably digital with the Hunter and Digital editions on origin. I wonder how high the sales will be in 1 month because this says more about pre-orders then actual post launch sales.

considering there is only 10,000 playing online i find it hard to believe they sold 550,000.
This game will die soon.
Shame, SP is really good and it looks good too.
