I cant say where I found it because I just collected all the intel then read it.

Also Lockhart has a nanosuit.

Thats a BS. Nomad was killed by Cell between C1 and C2. Lockhart was killed by Alcatraz in C2.

......So who the sorry F that put on his suit?

Alkatraz did throw Lockhart out of the window in C2, but if you think about it he may have been badly beaten and maybe they got him into a suit. I dunno. Who put him in the suit? The Cell operatives trying to save their C.O. but where they got the suit is another question. By the way, Nomad died in the comics, if the game wants to re-write and have some Nomad DLC later on fine, because I consider what happened in the comic books to be 2nd to what the game tells me as far as story. Almost like reading Spider-Man comic books vs watching the cartoon, the stories are condensed and are a shell of the original.

Actually if you stand at the window, you can watch Lockhart stop moving (i.e die) or you can shoot him to finish him off. Either way he completely dies, so it is impossible to get him into a nanosuit afterwards.

It's not possible because I've exploded his body with multiple grenades after he fell down from the window, just to make sure. So thanks to me, there's not way he was ever gonna get to any suit.

Plus Lockhart was against suit, so I doubt he would be happy being sealed in one.
