Since we're receiving alot of new members, it's nice to have a few new members on this community to introduce themselves. So this topic is all about introductions, nothing more, nothing less.

So if you haven't introduced yourself on this forum, whether you're new or old, you can use this thread to introduce yourself! Let everyone in the community know who you are! :D


I'll start off; My name is Sahdev, that's my real name. I'm 18 and I'm studying at college. I love playing both video and computer games, and I'm also interested in the games industry.

Hey, my real name is Jared, I am 15 and live in the Philadelphia area (United States).

I love PC gaming, call me a PC ELITIST if you will. :)

I have played all of Crytek's titles, which is Far Cry, Crysis, and Crysis Warhead & Wars. Some other games I have played is Counter Strike: Source, Call of Duty 2, Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: World at War, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Battlefield 2, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Far Cry 2, Fallout: New Vegas, and some others.

I am looking forward to Call of Duty: Black Ops, Crysis 2, and Battlefield 3 in the future.

I was interested in developing video games before I realized it doesnt pay well. Since then, I am now planning on going to university for a Nuclear Engineering degree.


My ancestry tracks to Germany (80%), France (10%), and Switzerland (10%) back to around the 1500s. Im currently learning Spanish and I hate it, I wish I could be learning German or Chinese instead, but my school is retarded (typical US school).

Anyway, thats a short intro. :)

I'm still young, just 18 years old. A sophomore in BS Computer Science and already a graduate of BS Computer Engineering (2008). Major in Ms Visual 2005 and Java by Sun Micro-systems.

I travel a lot, left my hometown and lived in some South eastern Us Territories until I ended up in Vallejo,Ca. To continue my education.

Running on a laptop, built three desktops back almost 4 years ago.

Now to get seriously flamed... I do not like Final Fantasy. I love the stories, just not the gameplay.

MGS4? Did I mention I am a huge MGS fan? Although MGS4 isn't my favorite, its still fun.

My name is Adam and i'm from London, England.

I started back mostly with driving games, usually the likes of Gran Turismo and NFS, on the PS1/2. When I purchased my PS3 in 07, my first game was Resistance: FOM, which was funnily the first FPS I had ever played. From there, I began to sway from the racing scene, and started playing more shooters, including the likes of the COD series, Battlefield series, MGS4 and so on. Then in 08/09 I began to drift to the world of PC gaming, due to the influence of Crysis, and how graphically stunning it was (is). Since then my library of PC games have increased, and the games i'm looking forward to most are undoubtedly Crysis 2 for the PC, and R3 for the PS3.

Im also a fan of making gaming related videos on youtube :D

Thats awesome! Sadly MGS4 was the first one I played, apparently MGS2 was the best one, so im looking forward to trying that one day. Looking forward to Rising?

Oh. My favorite was MGS3 or MGS1. MGS2 it wasn't that it was confusing, it was that you played as Raiden. I never liked Raiden (and his kickflips) as a character. I just killed two birds with one stone; I am not looking forward to Rising.
