I purchased Crysis 2 via Steam when it first came out, since then likely reimaged my HDD and reinstalled Windows 7 a few times, and now cannot launch the game any longer. I understand the EA folks need to reset my key, so I can activate it an additional x of times. Problem is the website that is supposed to be used to contact customer support is broken and the buttons / links are not taking me anywhere. Any ideas? I'm certainy not paying for yet another key - already did that with the original Crysis as I had the retail version and eventually same activation issue came up so I just purchased another key. But this is ridiculous :(

You can also email them at customerexperience@ea.com . That email address is usually pretty responsive. If you can include proof of ownership in your email (like a photo of the DVD cover) it might eliminate one e-mail cycle... Let us know how it works out.

I have the same problem with my copy of the game. UNBELIEVABLE. I bought dvd rom so I can install the the game after reinstall of windows. Now I need to download game through origin. Come on guys, i live in Poland with 6mbit/s internet connection. It's nonsense in my opinion with that limitation of activation. If i bought the game i want to play it whenenver I want.
