I am new to the community so allow me introduce myself, I am Sean. I go by the gamer tag tRuLyGiFtEd89 on XBL and absolutely love Crysis2. However, when I play I experience lag factors that are beyond my comprehension, like getting a my assassination kill stolen by a teammate after I witness myself kill the enemy, or when I begin nailing some one in the back (no sexual innuendo intended) and they simply turn around and shoot me twice in the knee cap and I die. Trust me there is so much more but I think that will suffice. Is there anything anyone can tell me to help me out as far as making Crysis2 run better online? I know most would need more info feel free to private message me if you decide to help.

Did you open Xbox live ports on your 360? I can send ya a link that is pretty much all you can do but it ain't much...

Did you manage to do the things I sent ya? Best thing is to connect your Xbox directly to the modem ;)

However, I also noticed it is taking me longer now to find a gane than it did before. This leads me to believe I may have done something wrong, or didn't do something all together. I have the "NAT Type: Open" thing on the bottom of my screen, I have this one http://www.amazon.com/Cisco-E1200-Links ... ess+routerAND this one http://www.amazon.com/Cisco-Linksys-Ref ... ess+routerI use the second one (long story as to why) but they are both N series routers, I fail to see how that would impact me negatively.

Yeah I just wanted to see if you had a netgear router or something
Ports are opened?
DMZ thing is set up on xbox and router?
You might wanna try disabling the firewall but that would increase the danger...
You seem to have the same settings as me, that's as good as it's gonna get :)
