 Post subject: cant sign in online!!!

hey, i've just bought the crysis 2 maximum edition and gone to sign in (product key all done and everything) but it says my username and/or password is incorrect when i know for a fact it isn't because i'm signed in on here and on the forums, can someone help? i've tried changing my password, nickname and still nothing is working?
