The Subject says it all. Two years and Crytek still can't make a functioning auto-balance for this engine.
Expect the same from Crysis 3

Hey Gman! Sorry to see that you shutdown CS standard. At least you kept up the classic site. Thanks for that. To "chime in", yes, no Auto but what did you expect? You're an old gamer like me and this game is over. I'll try to get on voice with you sometime soon.

Hi Biggy. The Standard Crash Site server is back up and running. Let's see how things go. I'm having second thoughts about C3. These guys can't fix minor problems in this game. The the blatant hacking and cheating is still ubiquitous.

This game was released March 19, 2011, so, it hasn't been 2 years yet. I don't think anyone was expecting anymore patches, either.

OK, a year and and half. Big deal. That doesn't excuse them for putting it out and NEVER fixing something as simple as auto balance. Even Nexuiz (a POS game) used the same engine and auto balance worked like a charm. And yes you're right, I don't expect anymore patches from them. I also don't expect them to release Crysis 3 with a functioning auto balance or a reliable, half ass, catch one hacker a month (or even catch a hacker every 2 months) anti cheat program.
congrats on your green letters

Well, since there have been NO updates at all since 1.9, what do you expect? Auto-balance to magically appear?! Yeah, Crytek's support is beyond horrible, but this thread is a bit oudated

Let's hope Crysis 3 MP is almost perfect from the beginning, we all now know patching after 6 months will be nonexistent.

I also hope Crysis 3 MP will be better. I also don't think Nexuiz was a bad game. The game was marketed for old-school Quake and Nexuiz (quake mod) players. That particular group of people are very self righteous and very critical of their video games. Any company that is willing to attempt to satisfy them (by remaking the exact same game) and trying to make it different, has a VERY VERY fine line to walk. I give props to Illfonic for trying.

Thanks for congratulating me on my moderator title.
