I didn't want to hijack incep7ion's DSG thread so decided to start a new topic since the question of cloak versus non cloak turned up in that other thread.

I think it would be interesting to see a tourny organised along these lines, since recently there was scar laser versus DSG as well as russians versus everyone else ;)

I am not suggesting I play since I am too noob but I am a cloaker and believe this is the natural way to play crysis 2 given the nanosuit capabilities.

I would be interested to see the outcome especially in an 8 vs 8 match. I expect mobility enhance goes with stealth enhance for most stealth players and would be interested to see what the non cloakers used and whether it was effective in a busy match against a bunch of highly skilled cloakers (like Raynor, ^nox and incep7ion etc.).

hmm why not, but without suit perks , map- lighthouse or sanctuary, no fy, no scar laser, teamkill etc :) My cloak usage is 3% :)

Cloak can be outperformed easily with visor, proximity or nanovision. I'm not saying that I hate cloak users or they are easy targets, but I think when I don't cloak I play better, since I usually have more energy for armor, if I'm engaged in combat. Cloakers can mess their plans real bad, since if you insta shoot from cloak, you'll loose all of your energy and you become an easy target. There are some really good cloak players, like Inception and guys from CHI and I could go further on, but as I said, I'm more like an armor guy. For close range weapons, such as shotguns, cloak is better and I usually use cloak if I'm using one of those weapons.

As for the tourney, you need to gather the best 8 players who never cloak and the best 8 who are. I think it will be hard to organise, but hey, give it a shot, maybe it will turn out good. I would just rather call it a scrimmage, since a tournament is a tournament... Brackets, prizes etc.

Get used to clock becoz crysis3 will be complete stealth fest.The biggest invisible game ever made.And as for the best stealth users most no longer play at least some of the best guys i know who used to own with stealth shotgun.Which includes me the untimate stealth ownage machine.Yeah you read that right.
