I can login to mycrisis.com site just fine, but in game I just can't to multiplayer, been having this issue all day, I created the account in game and played two rounds of multy and then closed the game. To my surprise when I booted it up again I was not able to log in, saying that I had and invalid username or password. I know I am putting the credentials right, I can login to this site but can't play multy.
Help anyone; please I am loosing my head with this, I've been at it all day

Try logging in to mycrysis.com with your email address, then changing your password and logging out. Log back in to mycrysis with your username to verify. You should then be able to login to the game with your username and new password.
This has worked for many (including myself), but is kind of a grey area... let us know how it works out.

Ok i fixed this by changing my username and password and then following the instructions

I'm having the same issue, I've changed my username and password, logged in and out a few times, and still nothing works. :\ Is it because I'm trying to use the account that I used on my 360?

^Quite possibly. I would recommend creating a new account from the in-game menu for your PC play, using a different email address.
