I was browsing through my latest Crysis 3 news, when I stumbled upon some old info that intrigued me. The Stalker/Overkill/Predator packs all have "pleasing" offers, but they are kind of vague. I wanted to know, in my question to Filipe Amin, if the advertisements on the packs were simply early unlocks or actual exclusive content. He didn't answer my question because he assumed I wanted info on it, and didn't realize I wanted to know whether, in my example, if the Stalker pack simply gives you the Silencer attachment EARLIER, or if you can ONLY get it in this pack. When I got Crysis 2 limited edition I was disappointed that the hologram attachment was simply unlocked earlier and not exclusive to me, and I want to know whether or not the advertised unlocks are exclusive to the pack, and are truly "unique" as stated, or are simply more items that you simply get right off the bat.

If anyone from Crytek could answer me correctly, it'd be much appreciated. To reiterate, is the Stalker Pack's silencer exclusive to the pack, meaning you can ONLY get it by buying this pack, or is it simply unlocked earlier?

This kind of vagueness is what stops sales, gentlemen.

Also on another note: Does anyone know if the bow is going to be a separate weapon like a Feline or DSG, or if it'll just be a bonus part of our arsenal, as in Primary, Secondary, Explosive, and Bow.

They said something along the lines of "the bow is part of the suit so you always have it with you"

I know that pre-ordering the game from gamestop ensures the hunter edition with the bow and hunter mod, if you buy from Origin.com you get the Hunter Edition with whatever pack comes with the Typhoon (500 round a minute) gun. However the Feline pack and the Jackal pack I have no idea where to get them.

I really want that Feline pack, but I almost always do my game shopping at GameStop here in the U.S. so I'll be getting whatever they offer, which so far is just the Hunter edition pre-order bonus, (Bow, Hunter Mod, and MP boost to level 5)

What's the point, it probably won't take long for you to unlock them normally, they aren't exclusives as far as I know.

They won't make any weapons or similar exclusive, however they may make some weapon skins exclusive, sort of like the C2 limited edition digital camo skin. It would be bad if some weapon ended up being overpowered but only people who pre-ordered the XXXpack are the only ones who got to use it.

I'm not saying we need exclusive weapons, that indeed WOULD be overpowered (FY71 anyone?) but I believe that exclusive weapon add-ons and attachments would be nice. I mean, it's not like a Silenced Jackal is going to suddenly make me over-powered, but it'd also be nice to know that only a handful of other people have my add-on, making it that much more unique to me. I'm not sure how you could botch a weapon add-on to make it over-powered, and there really isn't any cost in making it pack exclusive. In my opinion, it'd add to the sales because people might see an exclusive attachment for a gun they like and decide to spend a few extra bucks to get a nice new addition to their gun.

Like I said, the SCAR's Hologram was a bait-and-switch because they hyped it out to seem like it was only for limited edition, when you could simply unlock it after you killed 20 people with a SCAR...disappointed me and made me feel tricked about buying my Limited Edition.

everyone still has access to the fy71 though if they want it, just saying, not that it would be a bad thing, i just dont think they will make any actual item that may make someone better, or someones weapon better, exclusive to a pre-order, just wont happen.
