Just waneted to pop in and say hi. I am new to Crysis games but have played many shooters; my main one being Gears 3 (third person shooter). I just got the game 2 days ago and I'm digging the campaign. Hopefully I will make it to the second tier list. :p

Welcome!
Yes, welcome to one of the most challenging yet rewarding multiplayer experiences on xbox. Our community is small but being small it is more of a "community" than the larger games like call of duty or gears 3. You can rise the ranks quickly and gain fame with the proper skill. You will soon learn the names of the talented players and clans. Shortly you will know how challenging a match will be simply based on who is put in the room with you.
Multiplayer will make the single player look like childs play, it is the quickest pace combat from any first person shooter I've ever played, all while keeping from being too overly complex.
Hit me up with a friend request I'll show you the ropes, I'm well established in the community and can give you some solid advice to get you started.

I just noticed the thread about introducing yourself :p Anyway I do look forward to playing with some of you guys/gals, the campaign I think is just my small way of getting my feet wet and learn the controls. I jumped in and I'm playing on the Veteran difficulty since I have played shooters many times before. Tactics I find is the one thing you need to do (something similar to Ghost Recon future soldier) but with a bit more gadgets. The campaign is great and the graphics are awe inspiring. Now I know why on a PC you have to have some serious hardware. Anyway I look forward to seeing you guys in MP when I'm done with Campaign. BTW, why do bots walk in to walls so much??? My GT is CGOWAddict

(PC gamer here, I just walk around the forums) xD Anyway, the problem with crysis series is that they had a very bad AI system.. :( Hopefully I'm hoping in crysis 3 they'd be a lot more smart. :P Also welcome to the community. &_&

+5 to Beta, they could iron out so many balance issues and bugs with a Beta. They gotta release it nice and early 2-3 months before game release
