So I tried searching both the forum and the web with no luck. Does anyone know/can find the detailed stats for the FY71 as included in the DLC? I've found it for every other gun except that one and would like to know how it compares in each trait. Thanks!

The FY71 file is all encrypted so it's really hard to get that sort of information unlike the other weapons.
Stuff I do have is:
Recoil:- [Scar comparison in ()]
Attack: 0.28 (0.305) Maxx: 2.5 (1.8) Maxy: 5.5 (4.0) Randomness 0.04 (0.07) Spread min: 6.0 (5.5) Spread max: 12.5 (12.0)
FY71 has much higher recoil than scar.
Other:-
Rate of Fire: 630 (Scar 700, Feline 1200, ooft Feline <3) Damage: 30 (4 bullets to kill to unarmoured chest) Reload Time: 2.75 Damage drop Min Distance: 30 (it starts losing damage at the same range as a Feline)
The effects of attachments can be compared to the Scarab on the chart... Hope this helps. It answers most of the values on the DenKirson chart.

No, sorry, there's basically a bunch of missing numbers from the FY71.xml and I don't have anything for single shot either but they'll be similar to other weapons. Silencer lowers the minimum damage of the weapon. So after 30m, the FY71 will lose damage per metre until it reaches a value. With a silencer this value it can reach is smaller. It's why the silencer Point Fire Enhance setup with the FY71 is so efficient cause you won't be losing damage at such a close range.
