From time to time you probably get hate mail if your a reasonably good player about how you should die, go to hell etc. today i got hate mail from a spanking new player, and to put things inperspective I get that new players (like me) to Crysis 2 MP have alot of frustration when learning the ropes.

I replied to the hater encoraging him/her to keep trying and that they would get better with time instead of my ususal go eff yourself attitude. This turned the situation around and they gave me an appology and asked for tips etc.

I think by encouraging any new players out there we (as a crysis community) are likely to keep the crysis MP growing and hopefully won't loose a bunch of people so that we have new challenges instead of the same players over and over. If they can learn to like C2 mp then chances are they will stick with C3 come Feb 2013.

On the other hand I still liked C2 even when I was wiped out time and time again. So maybe it won't make a differcnce. What do you guys think?

I've never received any hatemail in my time on Crysis 2. I mostly got people asking for advice, asking if they could "join my clan", and random people adding me to their friend list.

Perhaps because I used unconventional weapons(Marshall, Grendel, Gauss), people didn't think of me as that "Motherf*cker who tries so hard to win because his mother was a dog".

However, I WAS asked if I was a hacker by the leader of WEED when I beat them in a 5v1 with my Marshall. I just said I wasn't, and he proceeded to add me.

I would much rather get hate mail and be called a hacker than friend requests from noobs with no mic and live overseas. Also if you melee glitch me expect hate mail from me too.

I do melee but no glitch i dont even know how to and dont really care to learn to glitch i get kills just fine without it. Back on topic i got hate mail again this time about using the feline got called a "feline b*tch" by an EVIL clan member today. Made me laugh. its just a game I dont understand why the need to go out of your way to send hate mail people.

I get friend requests everyday, so annoying. All empty, and no answer if you ask why. But if they do, it is; No anglisch, ?, german, french, or other language...

I'm pretty sure I've never received hatemail. I do sent hatemail to people with horrible connections, because playing against a pro with a bad connection is impossible. I also sent hatemail to a guy, who just camped with his friends on a key area on Parking Deck.

people ask me if i hack. I simply reply by asking them how i hack.. then they just start to complain how I simply just kill them alot end of.. If someone is polite about it I give them a tip.
