hey is there any fix for vsync bug to crysis2? please help wanna play this now

core i7 980x 4,0 ghz
Gigabyte X58A-OC
12 gig 1600mhz ddr3
2 intel 80 gig ssd in raid0 = windows7 pro
1 corsair force 3 ssd 120gig
3xEVGA gtx 570 super oc 3way-sli
corsair obidian 800 d
larkooler extreme performance g1/4
corsair hx1000 psu
asus vg236 120hz 3d
nvidia 3d vision
Logitech G19
corsair m90
Razer Megalodon
supra lorad 2.5 power cord
nvidia driver 301.42

Game laggy if you do not turn on VSYNC and then off .. or not laggy but it feels sluggish
